1. All Original Passports (Running Passport must be valid minimum 6 month till return date from USA.

2. One photograph, The US visa photo size should be 2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm)

3. A list of the social media that you use, and the name of your account in each, phone number, email and social media history of the five previous years.

4. Letter from employer / NOC / GO Copy

5. Company registration certificate and income details – If self-employed.

6. Pension book – If retired

7. Pay slips / salary statement (If any)

8. Visiting Card (Must be in English)

9. Bank Statement for six month (Very Recent)

10. Bank Solvency / Balance Certificate / Solvency Certificate (Very Recent)

11. Income Tax Certificate / Tax Return Copy last 3 years.

12. Evidence of Home Address / Present Address: (English translated with notarized)

•  Flat deed / Property deed / Tenancy Agreement / Land Registration documents

13. Evidence of Asset Documents: (If Any) (English translated with notarized)

•  Car Registration Documents
•  Property deed
•  Flat deed
•  Land Registration documents

14. Marriage Certificate / Nikah Nama / divorce certificate / spouse or partner's death certificate (English translated with notarized)

15. Evidence of family members remaining in your home country whilst you travel:

•  Passport copy or
•  NID Copy (English translated with notarized)

16. Evidence of Students: (Only for Student Applicants)

•  Valid Student ID Card
